National Unicorn Day is usually observed on April 9. However, due to our schedule, we will celebrate this magical day at MCM this Saturday with lots of lovely arts activities and tasty snacks.
Unicorns were mentioned as far back as antiquity ancient Greek writers believed they lived in the faraway and exotic country of India. The unicorn was then thought to be a powerful, fierce animal. They are now often seen as a symbol of love , purity, enchantment and magic.
Unicorns appear in many movies and cartoons as magical creatures. Unicorn Day was created to celebrate these majestic creatures and help adults remember how much more fun life can be when we let a little magic in sometimes.
